ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 [TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) 2020 FOOTPATH 34 & 35, DARLINGTON
Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
FOOTPATH 34 Entirely
FOOTPATH 35
From Footpath 34 oastwards to its junction at Lingfield Way
An alternative route will be signed via Lingfield Way, Allington Way, McMullen Road and vice versa.
The order is necessary to allow works on the adjacent housing development.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 6 months commencing from 19th February 2020.
