DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATHS NO.8 IN THE PARISH OF SADBERGE AND NOS. 10 AND 11 IN THE PARISH OF MIDDLETON ST GEORGE) STOPPING UP AND DIVERSION ORDER 2019
The above named Order, made under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, was confirmed on the 17th January 2020. The effect of the Order will be to stop up part of Footpath 11 in the Parish of Middleton St George as described in Part 1 of the Schedule below; and divert those parts of Footpath 8 in the Parish of Sadberge and Footpath 10 in the Parish of Middleton St George described in Part 1 of the Schedule below and replace them with the footpaths described in Part 2 of the Schedule. The footpaths are located at White House Farm and Hartburn Farm, Middleton St George. The changes shall take effect from such date as Darlington Borough Council has certified that the replacement footpaths as described in Part 2 of the Schedule are constructed to the Council's satisfaction and are available for use. A copy of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Darlington Borough Council, 17 Allington Way, Darlington DL1 4QB from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at the price of £1. If a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that the requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of the purposes within six weeks from the date of this Notice.
