Ar 15 Hydref 2019, cadarnhaodd Cyngor Sir Ddinbych y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed o dan Adran 119 Deddf Priffyrdd 1980. Effaith y Gorchymyn fel y'i cadarnhawyd yw gwyro'r darnau o lwybrau troed a ddisgrifir yn 1) isod i linell wahanol a ddisgrifir yn 2) isod.
1) Disgrifiad o'r llwybr troed presennol
Rhan o Lwybr Troed 19 Bryneglwys sydd yn dechrau o bwyntA ar gynllun y Gorchymyn sy'n ffurfio rhan o'r Gorchymyn hwn ("Cynllun y Gorchymyn) (SJ 1421 4746) gan barhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd orllewin sydd yn rhedeg gyfochrog i'r eiddo a elwir yn 'Min Aber' am tua 72.5 metr at bwynt B ar gynllun y Gorchymyn (SJ 1417 4752) gan barhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd orllewin ar draws caeau am tua 195 metr at bwynt C ar gynllun y Gorchymyn (SJ 1406 4768) yna i gyfeiriad gogledd ddwyrain cyffredinol trwy adeiladau fferm am tua 87 metr at bwynt D ar gynllun y Gorchymyn (SJ 1406 4 776) fel y dangosir gan linell frown soled rhwng pwyntiau A-B-C-D ar y cynllun yn y Gorchymyn hwn.
2) Disgrifiad o'r llwybr newydd.
Bydd yn cael ei wyro i linell wahanol sydd yn dechrau o bwynt E ar gynllun y Gorchymyn (SJ 1424 4748) ac yn parhau i gyfeiriad gogledd ddwyrain cyffredinol ac yna i gyfeiriad y gogledd orllewin ar draws caeau am tua 307 metr i bwynt F ar gynllun y Gorchymyn (SJ 1410 4774) fel y dangosir gan linell doredig werdd rhwng y pwyntiau sydd wedi'u marcio E-F ar y cynllun yn y Gorchymyn.
Mae copi o'r Gorchymyn, fel y cadarnhawyd, a map y Gorchymyn wedi'u gosod a gellir eu gweld am ddim, yn ystod oriau agar, yn Siop Un Alwad Corwen, ac yn ystod oriau rhesymol yn swyddfeydd yr unigolyn sydd wedi arwyddo isod.
Mae'r Gorchymyn yn weithredol o 25 Hydref 2019, and petai unigolyn yn dymuno cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd, neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth sy'n rhan ohono, ar y sail nad yw'n cael ei gynnwys ym mhwerau Deddf Priffyrdd 1980 diwygiedig, neu ar y sail nad yw'n cydymffurfio ag unrhyw ofynion y Ddeddf, fel y'i diwygiwyd, neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf mewn perthynas a'r Gorchymyn, gall ef neu hi, yn unol a pharagraff 2 Ad ran 2 y Ddeddf fel y cymhwysir gan baragraff 5 Ad ran 6 y Ddeddf, wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys o fewn chwe wythnos o 15 Hydref 2019.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN
ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BRYNEGLWYS 19)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2018
On 15th October 2019, Denbighshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the lengths of footpaths described in 1) below to a different line described in 2) below.
1) Description of existing footpath.
That part of Bryneglwys Footpath 19 commencing from point A on the Order plan forming part of this Order ("the Order Plan") (SJ 1421 4746) continuing in a north westerly direction running parallel to the property known as 'Min Aber' for approximately 72.5 metres to point B on the Order plan (SJ 1417 4752) continuing north westerly across fields for approximately 195 metres to point C on the Order plan (SJ 1406 4768) then in a generally north easterly direction through the farm buildings for approximately 87 metres to point D on the Order plan (SJ 1406 4 776) as shown by a solid black line between the points A-B-C­D on the plan contained in the Order.
2) Description of new route.
Which shall be diverted to a different line commencing at point E on the Order plan (SJ 1424 4748) and continuing in a generally north easterly then norlh westerly direction across the field for approximately 307 metres to point Fon the Order plan (SJ 1410 4 77 4) as shown in green dashes between the points marked E-F on the plan contained in the Order.
A copy of the Order, as confirmed, and the plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge, during opening hours at Corwen One Stop Shop and at all reasonable hours at the offices of the undersigned.
The Order comes into force on 25th October 2019, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980 as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from 15th October 2019 make an application to the High Court.
