Darlington Borough Council intend not less than

seven days from the date of this notice to make an

Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the

Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the

effect of which will be to close:

NORTH ROAD WEST RACK - from its junction with

Melrose Avenue northwards for 55motres

H0LMW00D GROVE NORTH RACK - Entirely

OAKLAND GARDENS AND VERNON GARDENS SACK STREET

- Entirely



VERNON GARDENS AND MYRTLE GARDENS DACK STREET

- Entirely



GLERE ROAD WEST SACK - Entirely OAKLAND GARDENS SODTH DACK - Entirely

Roads to be closed in phases as works progress. Alternative routes will be signed on site. The Order is necessary to allow water mains renewal. The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 7th October 2019, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 6 weeks.
