DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL A1150 WHINFIELD ROAD, DARLINGTON [ROAD CLOSURE), ORDER 2019
Darlington Borough Council Intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
WHINFIELD ROAD
From the east side of Thompson Strait East junction eastwards to tho most side of Whinbush Way junction
An alternative route will be signed via Stockton Road, Haughton Green, Haughton Road, Freeman's Place, St Cuthbert's Way, Northgate, High Northgate, North Road, Salters Lane North and vice versa
The Order is necessary to allow road surfacing works.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 5th October 2019, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 2 days.
