SLEIGHTHOLME Stephen Sally and Grace would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for cards and kind messages of sympathy received during their recent sad loss. Thank you to the staff of the Haematology Department, Ward 31 and CCU at York Hospital and Kirkbymoorside Surgery for the care and kindness shown to Stephen. Thank you to Rev. Christine Haddon-Reece for her thoughtful words and comforting service. To Adam and Stephanie Collier for efficient and compassionate funeral arrangements, heartfelt thanks. Thank you also to Paul and Kath of the George and Dragon, Kirkbymoorside, for the lovely catering. Finally, thanks to everyone who attended the service and gave so generously for Blood Cancer UK.
