BOTTERILL Paul The family would like to thank all relatives and friends for the cards and messages of sympathy received during their recent sad loss. Special thanks to the staff at York Hospital, Ashfield Care Home and Beechwood Place Nursing Home for their care and kindness shown to Paul and his family. Thanks also to Rev Julie Wardman for her kind words and comforting service. Grateful thanks to Adam Collier, Funeral Director, for his efficient and professional funeral arrangements. Finally thanks to everyone who attended the service and gave donations so generously for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance which amounted to £277.51
