THOMPSON Alan Ruth, Dan and Sarah would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their flowers, cards and support given at this sad time. Thanks also to everyone who lined the streets to pay their respects to Alan and to the BATA who played a fitting tribute to Alan. Thanks to Pickering doctors, District Nurses and the Magnolia Centre at York Hospital for all their care and treatment given during Alan's illness. Finally, thanks to Adam Collier for his guidance and his caring and efficient service at this sad time.
