MIDDLETON Derek The family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours, for the kindness and sympathy shown to them in their recent bereavement. Also thank you for the cards, letters of condolence and donations received in memory of Derek for the RNLI. Thank you also to Dr's and staff at Helmsley Surgery, to Rev. Tim Robinson for a comforting service and to all staff at Bernard Nicholson Funeral Directors, Thirsk for their support with all arrangements.
