ATKINSON George The family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support following their recent sad loss. Many thanks to Adam Collier and all his staff for their exceptional, efficient, loving care and attention with the funeral arrangements. Special thanks to Adam for presenting a perfect and uplifting tribute to George. Thanks also to the staff at Ye Old Forge Inn for the refreshments provided following the service. We send our gratitude and appreciation to all the staff at Spring Cottage Care Home for their care and kindness and also the staff on AMB ward at York Hospital. Finally, thanks to everyone who attended the cremation service and for their generous donations to two named charities.
