SLEIGHTHOLME Sue (nee Stonehouse) John, Nicola, Mark and families would like to thank everyone for the cards, letters of sympathy, love and care during the passing of Sue. Special thanks to Colin Nolan for the lovely service, Ted and Mark Agar of Agar Funeral Directors, the doctors at Malton Surgery, James Cook Hospital, Malton Hospital and Caring Hands for such kind care. Finally thanks to everyone who attended the funeral and helped to raise over £1000 for the Yorkhire Air Ambulance
