HOOD Evelyn Geoff and Jane would like to thank friends and family for the many cards and messages of condolence received following their sad loss. Special thanks go to St Leonard's Hospice@home team, York Palliative Care, St. Monica's Hospital, Stillington Surgery, Easingwold District Nurses and family and friends who helped support and care for Evelyn during her final few weeks of illness. Thanks also to Adam Collier Funeral Services for their attention to detail and care with the funeral arrangements. Donations in memory of Evelyn go to St. Leonard's Hospice, Friends of St. Monica's and St. Peter's Church, Dalby.
