OUTHART David (Tommy) Passed away peacefully in York Hospital on August 18th 2020 aged 59 years. Rest in Peace after so much suffering, good night and God bless. A Private Cremation will take place for immediate family and close friends at the East Riding Crematorium, Octon, on Friday, August 28th at 3:30pm. No flowers by request.
