WEBSTER Frances Lilie Of Norton, passed away peacefully in Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth, on June 20th 2020 aged 92 years. A much loved mother of Delia and Jill and a dearly loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Due to the current situation a Private Interment will take place.
