Chokdee Muay Thai is the only professional Thai Boxing gym in York and was founded in November 2005 by Rich Cadden, after winning his first world title in Thailand. Within the academy there is also Yumi Mummy Fitness which is the only place in York you can go with your baby by your side and have a workout. It is great for getting back into shape and back to full fitness and feel like a Yumi Mummy!
