The ground floor of the museum houses an imaginatively displayed Roman Collection showing the lifestyles of the Roman soldiers and civilians who lived in Maltons fort, town and surrounding elegant villas.
Marvel at the evidence and objects gathered from a long history of local excavations. From the museum the Roman fort can be visited on the road to Old Malton.
Facilities: Childrens activity room.
