RICCALL United scored twice in the last three minutes to dump Church Fenton White Horse out of the York FA Saturday Senior Cup.

Wayne Brook and Liam Brown broke the deadlock to earn Riccall a 2-0 victory in the second round of the Stoneplan Landscape Construction-sponsored competition.

York RI’s Leigh Dutton bagged a brace of goals to help his side see off Copmanthorpe 4-2. Mark Woodward and Liam Keenaghan were also on target for RI.

Dunnington beat hosts Malton & Norton 6-5 on penalties after the game finished at 1-1.

Dunnington Reserves beat Wigginton Reserves 3-2 in the York FA Saturday Junior Cup, sponsored by Construction Marine Ltd.

The Dunnington scorers were Samson Wildwood, Paul Crangle and Chris Day.

Stamford Bridge were 4-2 victors over LNER Builders.

Stamford’s first was an own goal and Jack Robertson, Nathan Spreckley and John Cavanagh completed the tally.

Strensall put seven past Old Malton St Mary’s Reserves, who managed a consolation goal.

Strensall’s John Cooper grabbed a hat-trick and Joe Davison bagged two, while Jason Heslop and Josh Winn scored one apiece.

Huntington Rovers Reserves went one better as they beat York RI Reserves 8-3 with a five-goal haul from Pete Laidlaw and a hat-trick by Kieran Flannagan.

Jim Drew, John Richardson and Daz Heaton earned Tockwith Reserves a 3-1 home win over Huby United.

Church Fenton White Horse Reserves were level at half-time against Bubwith, but Tommy Hudson, Chris Thompson and Lewis Beecher gave Fenton a 3-0 away win.
