FOUR second-half goals kept Tadcaster Albion on the tails of the early premier division pacesetters in the Northern Counties East League.

The Brewers were locked at 1-1 at home to Glasshoughton Welfare on Saturday, with Josh Barrett's 11th-minute opener cancelled out by Welfare's Blaine Kellett seven minutes before the break.

However, the Ings Lane hosts ran out 5-1 victors thanks to strikes by Josh Greening, Callum Ward, Danny Critchlow and Barrett.

Knaresborough Town grabbed a 2-2 draw with Dronfield Town courtesy of Graham Whitehead's 87th minute goal.

Joel Freeston had given the home side a first minute lead, but Dronfield hit back to lead on the half hour with efforts from Jonny Pugh and Nick Horsfield.

On-loan Hull City striker Jonathan Margetts and James Walshaw netted for Harrogate Town in a 2-2 draw with Barrow in Conference North at Wetherby Road.

Former York City player Jimmy Beadle scored twice as Scarborough Athletic came from 2-0 down to beat New Mills in Evo-Stik League division one north.

Daniel Shaw and Ryan Hopper put the visitors 2-0 up in the first 24 minutes, but Beadle pulled a goal back on 44 minutes and netted a penalty on half-time.

Gary Bradshaw grabbed the winner in the 90th-minute.

Harrogate Railway Athletic were thrashed 6-1 at Droylsden, after taking the lead through Ryan Sharrocks.
