Brooklyn Under-13s start junior football season in style

Josh Berry and Tom Walsh hit four goals apiece as Brooklyn Under-13s hammered Woodthorpe Wanderers 10-0 to start the junior football season in style.
Oli Farrow and Jake Ullah also netted in a fine team show.
Old Malton U11s came from 2-0 down at half-time to draw 2-2 at Poppleton Tigers. Lewis Pople, from a free-kick and with a clinical finish, got the goals, while stand-in goalkeeper Joseph Matique made a number of fine saves in a good team display.
