Malton & Old Malton Under-13s were 10-wicket winners over visitors Ovington ‘A’ at The Gannock.
Opener Oliver Finch hit 25 not out in Ovington’s 62-6 from 20 overs, which included 23 extras. Matthew Watson took 2-14 and Josh Berry 1-1.
James Nelson (33no) and Bradley Freer (30 ret) saw Malton home in 6.2 overs.
Malton U15s lost by one run as they chased down York’s total of 80.
Morgan Fraser took 3-10 for Malt, whose unsuccessful chase was led by openers Shaun Harland (34) and Matthew Butler (18).
