OLD Malton St Mary's U15s exited the York FA Cup after losing a penalty shoot out at home to Dunnington.

The visitors took the lead from the penalty spot and scored again just after halftime but Old Malton dug deep and a goal from Von Sumsard reduced the deficit before Lewis Pople equalised from a penalty.

Sumsard used his pace to put Old Malton ahead but Dunnington levelled in the final minute to force the penalty shoot out.

Old Malton St Mary's U13s enjoyed a 5-1 victory over York RI in a re-arranged league game.

York took an early lead but OMSM fought back with goals from Josh Delaney (2), Charlie Thompson, and Jack Mudd-Bowes (2).

Fullback Ashley Kettlewell won the Man of the Match (MOM) award for an excellent defensive display.

Dan Ward scored a hat-trick as Kirkbymoorside U16s won 5-2 at Pocklington. Matty Tarry and Ben Teasdale were also on target.

Pickering Town U16s lost on penalties against Brayton in the cup.

Brayton took the lead after 25 minutes but Ethan Ward equalised with a powerful header. Aidan Taylor's close-range header gave Pickering the lead but Brayton made it 2-2 in the dying minutes of the game. Brayton won 4-3 in the shoot-out. Goalkeeper Tom Varey was Pickering's MOM.

Pickering Town U15s suffered a 10-1 defeat against Pocklington.

Pickering Town U14s moved joint top of the York Motorsport Division Two with a comprehensive 11-2 win at Copmanthorpe.

The scores for the Pikes were Max Fowler (4), Isaac Finch, Tom Warriner (2), Sam Booth, Morgan Kendew, Finn Johnson and Sam Jenkins.

Heslerton U7s Heroes played host to Hunmanby Hornets. Lee Cappleman, Taylor Sims, Louie Spence and Harry Massheder found the net in the first game. MOM was Tom Gibson. The second game saw strikes from Seth Walmsley, Keane Welburn, and Archie Pilmoor. MOM was Walmsley.

Heslerton U8s Jaguars shared the honours in a tight game with Whitby Fisherman thanks to excellent defending from Harley Bott, Owen Ellis and saves from Joey Palmer. MOM was Ryan Cooper. Aaron Walton was MOM in the second game.

Heslerton U9s Buccaneers produced their best performance of the season away at Scalby Otters.

Warren Stanton gave the Buccaneers the lead, Sammy Barber hit the cross bar, and the post was struck on numerous occasions. Barber was MOM. In the second game, Isaac took the award.

Heslerton U9s Pirates visited Scalby FC but goals from Bradbury, Palliser, and Smith were not enough to secure victory. Oliver Dade's saves earned him MOM.

Goals from Dade and Kai Wilson and a Kendrew double save earned the Pirates a draw in game two. Wilson was MOM.

Heslerton U10s travelled to a well organised Scholes Park. The first game was a tight affair with a couple of first half goals for the home team separating the two sides. Lincon Welburn won MOM. The second game saw the home team turning on the style. Charlie Swiers grabbed two consolation goals for Heslerton with Myles Johnson MOM.

Heslerton U14s Hawks lost 4-0 away at Scalby. Connor Avison opened the scoring with a penalty before Ruben Staveley tapped in a second For Heslerton, Josh Dolan, Josh Robertson and Ihsan Eroglu stood out along with goalkeeper Brad Spiller.

Further goals from Jack Reeves and Staveley made the game safe for Scalby. MOM went to Eddy Hopper for his clean sheet covering in the Scalby goal and Josh Dolan for the Hawks.
