LEADERS Easingwold romped to a ten-wicket win over York in division three north.

York were only able to total 104 with Tom Boyle making 31 as Tom Langstaff claimed 3-24.

Charles Ramsey's 72 not out and Langstaff's unbeaten 27 saw them home.

Sessay moved into second place when they beat Drax by six wickets.

Kev Thomas made 41 in Drax's 124-8 as James Easton captured 4-37. John Flintoff’s unbeaten 53 took Sessay to 128-4.

Tom Piercy made 40 in Huby’s 176 at Malton & Old Malton, whose Ryan Wharton took 5-23.

Tony Linsley then made 22, but they were bowled out for 104 as Hugh Sheddon took 5-24.

Stillington beat Whitkirk by seven wickets, Barry Milburn hitting 64 as they reached their target of 178-9.

Woodhouse Grange drew with Londesborough Park, restricting their visitors to 157-8 in reply to 172-6, which included 48 not out by Will Proctor and 42 from Ashley Cattle.

Ben Shingles then hit 73 but John Atkinson took 3-19 and Russ Bilton 3-34.

NEW Earswick stayed on course for promotion from division three south with a six-run win at Civil Service.

Earswick made a first innings score of 68 but then dismissed Service for just 62. Andy Freeman (3-36) and Martyn Hewitson (5-16) did the damage.

Tom Shaw made an unbeaten 48 as Rowntrees & Huntington totalled 129-8 against Goole, who were then rolled over for 90 as Steve Beales took 4-30.

Scarborough recorded a 52-run victory over Stamford Bridge after posting a target of 158-9. Theo Smith turned in figures of 6-31.

Heworth lost ground on the leading pair when they only took 26 points from a drawn game at lowly Selby.

Chris Barrett made a seasonal best 65 not out to lift Heworth to 194-6. Josh Cruise then hit 78 and Alex Bowden 33, but Selby were hanging on for a draw at 149-9.

Yapham had a 44-run home win over Pickering, who were dismissed for 99 when chasing Yapham’s 143.

Mark Fairey made 63 and Martin Pearson 32 for Yapham, as Tony Evans claimed 3-21 and Ady Boyes 3-14.

Les Welburn responded with 36, but Alex Nattrass had figures of 5-26.
