FORMER winners Sessay and Woodhouse Grange are aiming for a quarter-final derby collision in cricket’s Davidstow National Village Cup.

Sessay, who lifted the trophy at Lord’s in 2010, travel to Manchester side Woodhouses in the last 16 on Sunday, while 1995 and 2007 cup winners Grange are away to North Wales outfit Northop.

Victories for the two Hunters York & District Senior League sides would set up a local last-eight tie at Woodhouse Grange’s Sutton-on-Derwent base on Sunday, July 20.

Sessay are riding the crest of a wave after dumping out holders Cleator in the last round, while Grange were easy winners against Oulton in the last 32.
