GOALS from Adam Sadler and Jamie Potter were not enough as Kirkbymoorside put one hand on the division four championship trophy with a 3-2 victory at rivals South Milford.
The Ryedale side, who switched to the York Minster Engineering League from the Wearside League in the summer, are now nine points clear at the top of the table having won all 11 of their matches.
Jorvik Blades won 8-1 at Huntington, with Danny Marshall and Harry Cox both bagging hat-tricks.
Sam Hill was another hat-trick scorer for LNER Builders as they defeated Moor Lane by five goals to two.
Dan Shaw and Gary Hardcastle were the other marksmen for the Builders.
John Leybourn, Sean Nelson and Michael Cussans (2) found the net for Selby Town as they triumphed 4-2 at Wheldrake.
The home side’s goals came from James Walton and George Ledley.
