Staxton Cricket Club hold presentation night

STAXTON Cricket Club have had their presentation night.

Trophies for the Scarborough Beckett League-winning first XI went to Nick Gibson (batting), Richard Flinton (bowling) and Chris Dove (player of the year).

The player of the year trophy for the Evening League Shield-winning team went to Linden Gray for his 8-7 against versus Filey Second XI players of the year were Matty Pearson (batting), Kyle Outhart (bowling) and Mark Dove (evening).

The Andrew Stevenson Memorial Trophy for the most improved player went to Jack Pinder.

A sum of £37 was raised on the night for the Hospital Amenity Fund.
