On behalf of Malton and Norton Save the Children group I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped with our collection week this year.

We raised £1,518, which was an excellent result. We are indebted to those volunteers who collected house-to-house in Malton, Norton and district, to those people who collected at Morrisons’ store and crucially to our friends and supporters who gave so generously.

With your help Save the Children can continue its work in 120 countries, dealing with emergencies, providing education, tackling child poverty, providing access to better healthcare, feeding children and campaigning against the causes of global hunger, and protecting children who are in danger from exploitation or neglect.

Every donation counts.

No matter how much, or how little you give, it makes a real difference to the children who need it most.
