YORKSHIRE Wildlife Trust is organising a series of events on the Yorkshire coast, including seashore safaris and scavenger hunts.
The charity said the fun events aimed to raise awareness of the wonderful wildlife found on and off Yorkshire’s coastline and inspire people in the delights of marine conservation.
The Seashore Safaris take place at South Landing beach in Flamborough from 2pm-4pm tomorrow and from 11am to 1pm on Sunday, August 24.
Meanwhile, from 11am-1pm on Tuesday, August 26 there will be a Seashore Scavenger Hunt, looking for clues as to what lives beneath the waves as people hunt for beach treasures.
Booking is essential so call the Trust on 01904 659570 or email info@ywt.org.uk to book your place. All events cost £5 per child, or £3 per child if a member of the trust and all accompanying adults are free.
