Pickering leisure centre holds boot camp

A NEW programme of classes is underway at the Northern Ryedale Leisure Centre in Pickering.
Included is a boot camp, designed for all ages and abilities.
A spokesman for the centre said: “Boot camp is great for overall fitness and conditioning, ideal for those looking for something new and is suitable for beginners through to advanced conditioning.”
The leisure centre, which is located at Lady Lumley’s School, will also be opening for earlybird sessions, Monday to Friday, 7am-9am. Classes will include boxercise, kettlebells and spin cycling.
