Concert raises £1,800 for Ryedale Special Families

A SELL-OUT fundraising concert at the Milton Rooms raised almost £1,800 for Ryedale Special Families.
The evening featured ‘European Supreme Champion Elvis Impersonator’ Rob Kingsley and his band.
Event organiser Rob Davies said: “Once again we have been amazed by the support of local people and on behalf of Ryedale Special Families we can’t thank them enough for turning out in such numbers.
“The tribute band events seem to be well liked so we’re already planning the next one, for Saturday, February 23 and will feature Abba Gold, one of the country’s top Abba tribute bands.”
Tickets will go on sale at Malton tourist information centre at the end of October.
