Summer Reading Challenge for children aged four to 11 years
3:00am Thursday 13th September 2012 in News
SUMMER holidays may have to a close but there is still time for one more challenge.
Children aged four to 11 years can still pop along to their local library and join this year’s Summer Reading Challenge.
All they have to do is read six books and collect free rewards as they progress.
Storylab stickers, door hangers and a wristband are available to all who complete the challenge, which is free.
All that’s required is for children to bring their library card along to their local library, or join their library if they are not already members, and then the challenge can begin.
Children who complete the challenge will be awarded medals at the library and presented with certificates at school.
An interactive Summer Reading Challenge website is available at www.story-lab.org.uk
