Rural celebration at Easingwold

THE Archbishop of York will attend a celebration of the countryside in North Yorkshire later this month.
Dr John Sentamu will attend the event and a prayer meeting at Easingwold Church at 10.30am on Saturday, September 29, which has been organised by Thirsk and Malton MP Anne McIntosh .
“The church plays a huge part in the life of rural areas and I think it is important that this role is recognised and celebrated,” said Ms McIntosh.
