THE Best Western Forest & Vale Hotel in Pickering has achieved an International Quality Award in its annual inspection by the Best Western group.

The award, which is only bestowed upon a few select hotels throughout the world, including 28 British hotels, was presented by the group’s chief executive Richard Lewis.

Mr Lewis said: “It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the staff that the Best Western Forest & Vale Hotel has achieved such a great award.

“As Best Westerns are all independently owned hotels, it is a great honour for them to be recognised internationally and this award is an international seal of approval.”
