A BOOKSTORE sold out of a new book by a Ryedale author during a record-breaking launch event.
Former teacher Andy Seed, of Amotherby, sold more than 100 signed copies of All Teachers Great and Small during the book signing at Hoppers in Malton on Saturday.
The store’s owner Andrew Duncan said this was more than had been sold at any other signing held at the store. “For a hardback, it’s remarkable,” he said.
