VOLUNTEERS with the Scarborough in Bloom group have been working around the clock to prepare for the visit of the competition judges next week.
The town is representing Yorkshire in the Britain in Bloom contest and the Bloom group is determined to go for gold with the help of the community. They are asking people to help by joining volunteers or tidying up their garden.
Judges will visit on August 5 and will view during their visit include the Springhill Wildflower Meadow and children’s containers in the Westborough precinct.
