PETER Lawrence has made a passionate film appeal hoping to make contact with his daughter, Claudia who has now been missing for more than a 100 days.
Slingsby solicitor Mr Lawrence made the four-minute film to coincide with the landmark and has made a direct appeal to the 35-year-old York University chef who disappeared on March 18.
It was produced on behalf of Mr Lawrence by David Dunning of The Press Video News, York, and is available to view on The Press website, www.thepress.co.uk, sister paper of the Gazette & Herald, and on Mr Lawrence’s own website www.findclaudia.co.uk
Martin Dales, Peter Lawrence’s friend and spokesman, said: “Peter is very grateful to David and The Press for their support in helping him produce this film which he hopes will be widely viewed on the Internet. As he believes Claudia could be anywhere, he feels the worldwide audience of the Web is vital to her being found.”
In the highly emotionally charged film, Mr Lawrence expresses his belief that “she is still around somewhere”, that “someone knows something” and he ends with a direct appeal to Claudia to get in touch as she is “a great big missing part of our lives at the moment”.
