FARMER discovers a combine harvester on fire in Thixendale.
Both Malton fire crews attended the scene near Malton, around 10.17pm yesterday (Tuesday) following reports of a burning combine harvester.
The farmer managed to extinguish the machine using a dry powder extinguisher prior to the crew’s arrival.
Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera to investigate and ensure the combine harvester was fully extinguished.
