A PRIZE draw, with lots on offer including a trip to Prague, will take place next month.
The 25-prize draw has been organised by Dee Lynes, from Pickering, and Shirley Brewer, from Scarborough, as part of their whoopWHOOP! 2018 campaign in aid of York Against Cancer. The draw will take place on Sunday, September 16, at an afternoon tea party for 180 people at The Talbot Hotel in Malton - tickets for which are also on sale.
More than 36 local businesses are now supporting the event, and donations include artwork by Ryedale painters Robert E Fuller and Chris Geall and a spa experience at the Feversham Arms.
Dee and Shirley decided to fundraise for York Against Cancer last summer. They chose the charity in memory of their friend Donna.
