A PROJECT to get more women standing for political office is running its first York workshop.
The Parliament Project is a non-partisan initiative that aims encourage women to run for political office. It runs information and skills building events and offers peer networking to help women to get elected.
The York workshop ‘Exploring your Political Pathway’ will take place at the City of York Council's West Offices, HQ onStation Rise at 6pm on Friday, May 25. Information at www.parliamentproject.co.uk.
