Old letters
HISTORY lovers will have the chance to heard about letters from afar at the next meeting of the York Family History Society.
Members will gather at the New Earswick and District Bowls Club, on Wednesday at 7pm for their monthly get together.
They will hear a talk by Sue McGeever called “Letters from a faraway Laddie”.
Entry will be £1 for members and £2 for non-members.
