A HORSE riding arena in Snainton was visited by fire crews this morning after it caught fire.
Fire services were called just after 9am to the fire which spread to a hedge.
North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue said that crews extinguished the fire using breathing apparatus, hose reels, a portable pump, and a 'foam lance' with six drums of foam.
Crews have left the scene open for a revisit to confirm there are no hotspots.
