Firefighters called to washing machine fire
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a washing machine on fire earlier today.
Crews from Helmsley and Kirkbymoorside received the called just before 8am today to the incident at a residential property in Keldholme, Kirkbymoorside.
A spokesman said the cause of the fire, which was out on arrival, was believed to be electrical.
