A FIRE in a Land Rover started when the engine overheated, fire services have said.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue was called to the scene on Wass Bank Road, Helmsley just after 5pm yesterday evening.
A crew from Helmsley attended the incident, using two hose reels and breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.
"The cause is believed to be due to overheating," they said.
