A MAN suffered facial injuries when he was attacked in his own garden by a group of men.

North Yorkshire Police said the assault happened outside a house in Quarry Mount, Scarborough, at about 3.20pm on Tuesday, February 6.

A spokesman for the force said three men attacked another man in his garden, causing minor facial injuries before making off.

Officers have appealed to anyone who was in the Quarry Mount area of Scarborough on Tuesday afternoon and either witnessed the incident or has any other information, to contact them.
