The Minster Inn Marygate...........Nigel Holland..
A REUNION is being organised to bring together people with memories of a lost York community.
The site of the current Marygate car park was once home to terraced streets, corner shops and other local amenities - forming a tight-knit community.
Now a "get-together" is being arranged to share nostalgia and record the social history of the lost community. It is being held on Sunday, February 25 from 7pm at the Minster Inn.
