MEMBERS of the community are being invited to a discussion about local policing issues.
Officers from North Yorkshire Police, Ryedale District Council, and Malton Town Council will be present at the Malton and Norton Community and Police Meeting.
It will take place at 7pm tomorrow (Thursday, January 18) at Community House, Wentworth Street Car Park, Malton.
The purpose of the evening is to provide the local community with the opportunity to discuss matters of community safety, with the relevant agencies, in an open forum.
In addition to a talk from NYP Community Safety Partnerships Officer Anna Button about drugs awareness, there will be updates from NYP Inspector Martin Dennison, as well as information and updates from local PubWatch, and information about how to get involved in Neighbourhood Watch.
