THE A64 has been re-opened after a car crash closed one lane to traffic this afternoon.
Police say the crash happened on the westbound A64 on the approach to York from the east, near the Thompsons Fish and Chip restaurant, not far from Stockton-on-the-Forest.
The collision was reported shortly after 1pm.
Police added that the crash involved one lorry and three other vehicles.
An ambulance attended alongside police.
All lanes are now open on #A64 between #B1248 near #Norton-on-Derwent (west) and #A1237 near #York (north) following an earlier collision + fuel spill. Thank you to @NYorksRPG
