Chimney fire extinguished in Birdsall
A CHIMNEY fire at a property in Birdsall has been extinguished by firemen.
North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue said that they were called at 4.55pm to the property on Lang Hill.

A crew from Malton attended.
At around 5.30pm the fire was extinguished and crews were checking for hotpsots using a thermal imaging camera.
