FIREFIGHTERS are revisiting the scene of a fire close to the A64.
North Yorkshire fire service was called to the fire at a business in Malton Road, close to the Hopgrove roundabout, at about 4pm yesterday.
Six fire engines were sent to the scene.
Police were also called to the incident and left at 6.40pm after assisting the fire service with road closures.
Heavy traffic built up around the incident.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said the blaze was under control by 5.45pm and crews were dampening down at 8pm.
Crews revisited the scene this morning and will continue to revisit during today.
"No cause has been established at this time," the spokeswoman added.
