The fire-damaged property in Marton where Boguslaw Marian Szylak died in July
A MAN who died in a house fire in July has been named by the coroner’s office.
Boguslaw Marian Szylak, 49, died during the fire in the property he was living in at Potters Lodge, Marton. An inquest into his death was opened on November 22.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the blaze just after 11pm on Sunday, July 16.
Three crews were sent to the address, and tackled the fire until 3am the next morning.
