Man arrested on suspicion of common assault
NORTH Yorkshire Police were called out this morning to a report of domestic assault and criminal damage on Castlegate, Malton.
A police spokesperson said that a 37-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of common assault.
They added that he remains in police custody for questioning.
